Transitioning to adulthood, a path to independence and self-reliance
The project “Transitioning to adulthood, a path to independence and self-reliance” aims to empower and support young migrants and refugees into a smooth transition into adulthood.
The project offers the following services addressing core new areas of their life as young adults:
- Invidualized support by Velos Youth social workers and activities for the development of personal and social skills.
- Psychological support at Babel Day Center for those who require emotional and psychological care.
- Employability counselling and preparation for the labour market by HumanRights360 employability councillors.
