Both an initial and the continual training of professionals on the field constitute an important part of an integrated staff-care approach. In this context, Babel organizes and conducts various educational activities such as training seminars, workshops and other specialized on the job trainings that target a wide range of professionals (mental health professionals, cultural mediators, health professionals, teachers, lawyers etc).
